Founding Medical Resident, Part Time (Remote)
For doctors preparing for NEET PG who want to build the thing they wish existed
Why this role exists
Every doctor preparing for NEET PG knows the same frustration. The resources are dense but not clear. The question banks test recall but not reasoning. The tools were built by people who never sat the exam. You adapt, you cope, and you tell yourself this is just how it is.
We do not think it has to be.
Recollia is building a mobile first medical education platform for NEET PG aspirants and early career doctors, combining AI tutoring, clinical case simulation, and structured courses in a voice first, multilingual experience. What we cannot build without you is the clinical judgement underneath it. An AI can generate a case. Only a doctor can tell us whether it teaches anything.
What you will actually do
- Author clinical cases. Write the simulations students will reason through. Real presentations, real ambiguity, real decision points, the kind of case that teaches you something rather than just testing whether you memorised it.
- Be our first user, seriously. Study on the platform while you prepare, and tell us exactly where it fails you. Your frustration is our roadmap.
- Validate AI output. Review what our models generate for clinical accuracy and pedagogical value. You are the line between a tool students trust and one they abandon.
- Lead feature development. Bring us the idea for the thing that would have saved you a month of study, and work with our team to build it. This is not a suggestion box. Founding members shape what ships.
- Test everything early. You see features before anyone else and decide whether they are good enough to exist.
What you get out of it Let us be direct about what is real here and what is not.
This will not replace your preparation, and we would not want it to. What it will do is deepen it. Authoring a case forces a level of clarity that passive revision never will. Every case you write is a topic you will know cold. Reviewing AI generated content for clinical error is one of the sharpest ways to sharpen your own reasoning.
Beyond that, you get a founding role in a company at the point where founding roles still mean something. Your name on the cases. Your fingerprints on the product. Genuine experience at the intersection of clinical medicine and applied AI, which is a rare thing on a young doctor's CV and getting more valuable every year. Direct access to the founder, not a manager three layers down.
And you get to be one of the people who fixes this for everyone who comes after you.
Who we are looking for
- MBBS graduate or final year student currently preparing for NEET PG
- Genuinely strong clinical reasoning, not just exam technique
- Writes clearly. Can explain a difficult concept to someone who does not have it yet
- Opinionated about medical education and what is wrong with it
- Curious about AI, though no technical background is needed. We will teach you what you need
- Comfortable saying "this is not good enough" to the people who built it
Details
- Part time, fully remote, versatile around your study schedule
- Work directly with the founder
- Paid, with founding member terms
