Title: Founder's Office Social Media Intern

Location: Gurgaon (On-Site, Shared Accommodation Provided)

This is a 6-month, full-time in office internship with a clear path to a full-time role based on performance and a strong chance to become a founding member of Dharmik. You'll work directly with the founder, own our social media end-to-end, and shape how modern India discovers one of its fastest-growing spiritual lifestyle brands.

About Us

We're a spiritual lifestyle startup led by an IIT Roorkee '19 graduate. We hit 20x growth in one year to a ₹2Cr+ revenue run rate, and we're backed by the founders of Bewakoof, Upside Learning, Helium, the ex-CTO of Slice, and alums from IIT Roorkee, IIT Bombay, and Stanford — all scaling hard in 2026. As we close our seed round, we're looking for someone who eats, sleeps, and breathes social media to own our presence across the internet.

What You'll Actually Do

You won't be scheduling posts from a template. You'll be building a brand from scratch one scroll-stop at a time.

- Own all our social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) end to end plan the content, post it on time, and make sure we're always showing up for our audience.
- Write content that actually connects scripts for videos, captions for posts, ideas for campaigns in a language people understand and enjoy.
- Find creators before the brand does. Research, pitch, and close influencer collabs in the spiritual, wellness, and lifestyle space. Own the entire process brief to post to result.
- Comfortable doing basic edits: trimming a video, adding captions, fixing the length. Simple stuff, done fast.
- Show up beyond Instagram. Post on LinkedIn and Twitter too share brand stories, join cultural conversations, and build Dharmik's brand online.
- Make our pages look the part. Improve images, copy, and listings on our website and Amazon so when someone lands on our page, they want to buy.




- Watch the numbers, move fast. Track what's working reach, engagement, saves, follower growth and keep pushing what gets results.

In short: own the story, put it out into the world, bring creators into the fold and help build a brand that will outlast all of us, with creativity and ownership as the first principles.

What We're Looking For

- Real experience running social media for a brand, creator, or startup — even if it was your own handle.
- Strong writing instincts in Hindi, Hinglish, and English — you know how to write for Instagram, not a press release.
- A sharp eye for what makes content stop the scroll — hooks, pacing, timing, aesthetics.
- Some understanding of how influencer marketing works — outreach, briefs, rates, deliverables.
- Comfortable with basic content tools — CapCut, Canva, Instagram native, or whatever gets the job done.
- Analytical enough to read the numbers and change course when something isn't working.
- High ownership, fast mover, no waiting-for-approval energy.
- Bonus: you already follow the spiritual/devotional creator space in India and know who the players are.
