What you'll do

No fixed ; you take on whatever the week needs

Own real projects end-to-end, not "assist"

Sit in on calls and decisions most interns never see

Do the research, pull the numbers, make the call

Pick up the work no one else has

There's a lot of it. You'll learn more here in a few months than most people learn in a year — because you'll actually be in the room.





Who it's for An intern who's built something no one asked them to build a page you grew, a fest you ran, a project that flopped. No experience needed. What you shipped when no one was grading you is what matters.

Compensation

Discussed based on fit and what you bring. Plus direct mentorship from the founder, real ownership, a reference from someone who watched you work, and a genuine shot at a paid full-time offer.
