Work directly with the founders and get exposed to every aspect of building a startup — from GTM strategy and campaigns to partnerships and growth experiments. This is not a regular marketing job.

What You'll Do

- Assist founders in executing marketing campaigns across WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn & email

- Research competitors, market trends, and identify current growth opportunities

- Manage content calendar, social posts, and lead-gen campaigns

- Coordinate with the sales and product teams to align messaging

- Prepare weekly reports, decks, and performance summaries for the founding team

- Own specific projects end-to-end with direct founder guidance

What We're Looking For

- Strong written and verbal communication in English & Hindi

- Basic understanding of digital marketing — SEO, paid ads, social media

- High ownership mindset — you treat tasks like your own business

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment

- Prior internship or freelance marketing experience is a plus

- Proficiency in Canva, Google Sheets, and basic analytics tools

What You'll Do

- Develop and maintain features across the BetaXLab SaaS dashboard and landing pages

- Build and integrate WhatsApp Business API flows, webhooks, and chatbot logic

- Write clean, scalable backend code in Node.js / Next.js

- Collaborate with design and product on new feature development

- Optimize performance, fix bugs, and improve code quality





- Deploy and manage applications on cloud infrastructure (Vercel, Firebase, AWS)

What We're Looking For

- Proficient in React.js / Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript

- Backend experience with Node.js, REST APIs, and database management (Firestore/MongoDB)

- Understanding of WhatsApp Business API or Meta APIs is a big plus

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and deployment workflows

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and deliver without hand-holding

- Write SEO-optimised blog posts, case studies, and landing page copy

- Create short-form video scripts and reels for LinkedIn, Instagram & YouTube Shorts

- Design social media graphics and carousels (Canva or Figma)

- Research industry topics and translate them into engaging, share-worthy content

- Repurpose long-form content into social posts, email newsletters, and WhatsApp broadcasts

- Track content performance and iterate based on data

What We're Looking For

- Excellent writing skills in English (Hindi is a bonus)

- Portfolio of written content, social posts, or videos you've created

- Understanding of SEO basics — keyword research, on-page optimisation

- Proficiency in Canva for design; basic video editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar)

- Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas consistently

- Knowledge of B2B SaaS or tech content is a plus
