Role Description The Founder's Office Intern will support strategic and operational initiatives directly with the founding team in a hybrid internship role based in Ranchi, with some flexibility for work from home from home. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and user research on academic institutions, preparing presentations and reports, and helping organize meetings, demos, and internal documentation. The intern will assist in tracking project progress, coordinating with product and engineering teams,



and structuring data and insights to inform decision-making.

The role also involves contributing to process improvements, creating clear communication materials for stakeholders, and taking ownership of small projects that help streamline academic operations for clients.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to gather, structure, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.

- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise presentations, reports, and stakeholder updates.

- Organizational and project coordination abilities, including task tracking, prioritization, and attention to detail in fast-moving environments.

- Comfort with digital tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms, and basic documentation systems.

- Interest in AI, SaaS products, or education/academic operations, with a willingness to learn quickly and ask thoughtful questions.

- Demonstrated initiative and ownership mindset, showing the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a small team.

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in business, engineering, data, humanities, or a related field; prior internship or project experience is a plus.
