About Black Mass Energies

BlackMass Energies is building the infrastructure layer for battery recycling, critical minerals, black mass refining, hydrometallurgy, and circular supply chains.

Our mission is to make India more self-reliant in critical minerals by building technologies, partnerships, and supply chains for the energy transition.

This isn't a traditional internship.

You'll work directly with the founders on problems that don't have playbooks.

What You'll Do

- Work directly with the founders on strategic and high-impact projects.
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Build B2B partnerships with OEMs, recyclers, manufacturers, research institutions, and global organizations.
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence.
- Support business development, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
- Build outreach strategies and engage with potential customers and partners.
- Create presentations, reports, business proposals, and investor materials.
- Leverage AI tools to improve research, productivity, and execution.
- Represent BlackMass Energies at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
- Solve problems across operations, growth, strategy, marketing, and execution.





Who Should Apply We're looking for people who:
- Learn extremely quick.

- Can work independently with minimal guidance.
- Take ownership and execute.
- Are curious about startups, climate-tech, manufacturing, AI, battery recycling, and critical minerals.

Prior experience is optional. Exceptional ability is not.
