The Prospect

Work directly with the CEO and Founder on strategic planning, executive decision-making, business operations, and high-impact cross-functional initiatives. This role is designed for an intellectually curious, highly driven professional who combines commercial acumen with exceptional execution and an ownership mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives, business priorities, and special projects.
- Drive end-to-end execution of high-impact, cross-functional programs.
- Prepare executive presentations, business cases, dashboards, and analytical insights.
- Conduct market, competitor,



and operational research to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure alignment, maintain momentum, and drive timely execution.
- Monitor key business KPIs and identify opportunities for growth, operational efficiency, and process improvement.

Ideal Candidate
- MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, or Calcutta (IIM ABC).
- 0–2 years of post-MBA experience in Strategy, Consulting, Founder's Office, Operations, Program Management, or a similar role.
- Strong exposure to strategic projects, consulting engagements, leadership roles, entrepreneurial initiatives, or relevant internships.
- Highly proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
