Founder's Associate We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Founder's Associate to work closely with the Founder on business operations, strategic projects, research, and cross-functional coordination. Responsibilities:
Support the Founder in daily operations and key projects
Conduct market and business research
Coordinate with teams and track project progress
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
Assist in process improvement initiatives Requirements:
MBA / Any degree ( Preferred in Marketing)
Strong communication and organizational skill
Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
1–3 years of experience preferred Location: Kanhangad(Kasaragod)
