Purpose of the Founder's Advisory Board The Founder's Advisory Board will serve as a trusted strategic sounding board to the Founder & CEO, providing independent advice on business growth, leadership, governance, capital allocation, and long-term value creation.

Members will challenge assumptions, contribute diverse perspectives, and support the development of GBG EV into a professionally governed, high-growth organization.
