About the Role
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role at the heart of the company. As part of the Founder’s Office, you will work closely with leadership to drive strategy, execution, and performance across the organization.

What You’ll Do
- Work directly with the founder on strategic planning and execution
- Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure key projects move forward
- Own internal and external communication for critical initiatives
- Analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement
- Build dashboards, reports, and insights to support decision-making
- Support hiring, performance management, and operational processes
- Take ownership of special projects from idea to execution

- Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
