ROLE OVERVIEW
The Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding the companys presence in the HoReCa and institutional segment by identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. This is an individual contributor role requiring high ownership, strong market understanding, and frequent client interactions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1- Sales Strategy & Execution
*Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in HoReCa and institutional segments.
*Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Identify market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
2- Lead Generation & Database Management
*Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective clients.
*Ensure accurate CRM updates and database hygiene.
3- Customer Relationship Management
*Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
*Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
4- Contract Management & Negotiation
* Lead commercial negotiations with clients.
* Finalize contracts in alignment with company policies.
*Ensure profitable deal closures and sustainable partnerships.
5- Cross-functional Collaboration
*Coordinate with internal teams such as design, production, and supply chain.
* Ensure seamless execution of client requirements and timely delivery. Provide market feedback to support product and brand strategy
