Process: Banking Process - Domestic BPO

Location: Thuraipakkam, Chennai
Job Role:

- Outbound calling for personal loan lead generation
- Explain loan products and offers
- Generate and qualify customer leads
- Maintain basic customer interaction records

Eligibility:

- Min. HSC Pass
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Positive communication skills preferred
- Tamil Communication Required

Shift Details:

- 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Sunday Fixed Off

Salary Details:

- CTC 21,000 (Includes PF + PT + ESIC)
- In-hand 15,978 + Incentives
- Without CTC-18,000TH + Incentives
