Position Title: Smartsheet Solutions Architect

Experience: 10-18 Years

Location: Bangalore

5+ years dedicated Smartsheet experience (8+ years overall IT/business process experience preferred)

We are looking for an experienced Smartsheet Solutions Architect to design, build, and administer enterprise-grade workflow solutions for a large healthcare client's marketing operations program. The core of this role is Smartsheet Control Center and Blueprint architecture designing scalable, repeatable project provisioning models that replace legacy manual or platform-based intake and approval processes. This is a hands-on architecture and build role, not a support or reporting-only position

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on Smartsheet experience,



with proven depth in Control Center and Blueprint design and administration this is the core, non-negotiable skill for this role.
- Strong experience designing intake forms with conditional logic, symbols, and multi-path routing.
- Solid experience building native Smartsheet automations, including multi-condition workflows and cross-sheet references.
