Role:

As Director Solutions Delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of our global platform and solutions portfolio while championing operational excellence and client satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to scale delivery capabilities, build high-performing teams, and drive innovation. The role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing delivery operations and robust expertise in the US healthcare domain.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the solutions delivery strategy in alignment with organizational goals and business priorities.
- Manage the portfolio of projects, balancing operational efficiency, quality, and innovation.
- Support the organizations transformation journey by incorporating AI-led innovation and automation into delivery workflows.
- Scale global delivery operations to support expanding product lines and achieve high-growth objectives.
- Implement and maintain effective governance frameworks, Agile methodologies, and delivery best practices.
- Establish and monitor KPIs related to quality, timelines, customer satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and cost optimization.
- Lead and mentor regional delivery leaders to enhance process maturity and embed innovation and a customer-first mindset within the team.
- Contribute to the creation of Centers of Excellence (CoEs) focused on Agile practices, DevOps,



and AI-based transformation.
- Act as a point of escalation for delivery-related challenges and ensure alignment with client objectives and business expectations.
- Partner with clients to build long-term strategic relationships and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market (GTM) functions to deliver seamless implementations and maximize ROI for clients.

Must have skills:

- 12+ years of experience in IT/software delivery, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience in managing medium-to-large-scale delivery operations for North American clients.
- Strong knowledge of the US healthcare/payer domain, particularly with software solutions and platforms.
- Experience managing complex programs with high budgets and delivering consistent outcomes.
- Expertise in Agile frameworks, DevOps practices, and program delivery management.
- Sound business acumen with a focus on driving operational efficiency and profitability.
- Strong stakeholder management, client engagement, and problem-resolution skills.
- Experience working in high-growth and fast-paced environments.

Education:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering is required; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
