Job Summary:

Looking for a Test Engineer with hands-on experience in PCBA testing, debugging, and production support. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of ICT, FCT, system-level testing, failure analysis, and test process improvement in an EMS manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform ICT, FCT, Burn-in, and System Level Testing of PCBAs and electronic products.
- Analyze test failures and perform component-level debugging using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and power supplies.
- Support NPI builds, pilot runs, and production ramp-up activities.
- Validate and optimize test programs, fixtures, and test processes.
- Coordinate with Design, Process, Quality, and Production teams to resolve test-related issues.




- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor First Pass Yield (FPY), identify recurring defects, and drive yield improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain test reports, work instructions, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of PCBA testing and debugging
- Experience in ICT, FCT, Flying Probe, and System Testing
- Understanding of electronic components, schematics, and circuit analysis
