- Program and troubleshoot industrial robots such as ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa, Kawasaki, Nachi, etc.
- Implement and support robotic applications including but not limited to:
- Spot Welding
- Material Handling
- Sealing & Gluing
- Roller Hemming
- Arc Welding
- Lead or assist in onsite installation, commissioning, debugging, and machine acceptance processes at customer locations.
- Provide technical training and support to customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with design and automation teams to ensure smooth integration with production lines.
- Apply knowledge of BIW (Body-in-White) manufacturing and automotive assembly line processes.
- Utilize basic understanding of robotic simulation software to support offline programming and layout planning (advantageous).
- Interpret and work with PLC programs and industrial controls architecture (basic level).
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, EEE, or Electronics & Communication (EC)
OR
Diploma in Mechatronics with relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial robotics programming and commissioning.
- Knowledge of safety standards and automation best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English or Hindi. Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an added advantage.
