Role & responsibilities

- Operation and maintenance of all HVAC systems to ensure efficient and uninterrupted performance.
- Troubleshooting, breakdown analysis, and preventive maintenance of HVAC and utility systems.
- Data logging, monitoring, analysis, and submission of MIS reports.
- Execution of maintenance activities for mechanical systems, equipment, and utilities.
- Conducting periodic inspections of plant machinery and utility systems to ensure operational reliability.
- Planning, scheduling, and implementing preventive and planned maintenance programs.
- Ensuring machinery and equipment are maintained in protected and optimum working condition.
- Monitoring compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements related to equipment and utilities.
- Responding promptly to equipment breakdowns, failures,



and malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Repairing, overhauling, and replacing defective mechanical components and equipment.
- Verifying and testing repaired equipment to ensure restoration of normal functionality.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities and equipment history.
- Managing CAPEX projects, vendor development, and project execution activities.
- Supporting TPM initiatives, pillar activities, audits, and related documentation.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and plant performance.
