Role Summary
We are looking for a strategic and industry-connected leader to head our Corporate Relationships
& Placements function. This role will be responsible for building and scaling strong corporate
partnerships, driving student placements, and aligning industry requirements with academic
outcomes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing employability, strengthening employer
brand, and ensuring high placement outcomes, while leading a team and building long-term
relationships with corporates across industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive placement and corporate relations strategy
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with top corporates, recruiters, and industry partners
- Drive student placement outcomes across programs and locations
- Identify and onboard new hiring partners and industry collaborations
- Lead campus placement drives, job fairs, and corporate engagement initiatives
- Work closely with academic teams to align curriculum with industry requirements




- Ensure students are prepared through placement readiness programs, mock interviews, and grooming sessions
- Track and improve key metrics such as placement rate, average salary, and recruiter engagement
- Manage and mentor the placements and corporate relations team
- Strengthen the organization’s employer branding and corporate visibility
- Maintain MIS, reports, and dashboards on placement performance and corporate engagement

Key Requirements

- 8–15 years of experience in Corporate Relations / Placements / Business Development
- Strong network with corporates, recruiters, and HR leaders
- Proven track record in driving placements and building partnerships
- Experience in education/edtech, training institutes, or similar environments preferred
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven, outcome-focused workplace
