Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Demonstrated experience in Financial Due Diligence with a solid focus on quality of earnings, working capital, and net debt analysis. Hands-on audit experience with the ability to assess financial statements, accounting records, and underlying business performance. Proficient in analyzing historical financial data, key adjustments, and deal-relevant metrics to support transaction decisions. Strong understanding of transaction support processes, including preparation of diligence reports and issue identification. Ability to apply core consulting and analytical skills to deliver accurate, data-backed insights in a fast-paced deal environment.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant

Experience

- 2 - 4 years of FDD Experience
