Role & responsibilities

Core Development & Troubleshooting

- Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and MVC Framework.
- Proficient in SQL Server, including complex queries, Stored Procedures, and performance tuning.
- Working knowledge of jQuery and client-side scripting for troubleshooting UI-related issues.
- Good understanding of .NET application architecture and deployment models.
- Experience in troubleshooting application and data-related issues using SQL Stored Procedures.
- Ability to analyze and debug application logs, exception traces, and performance counters.

Collaboration & Delivery

- Work closely with development and project teams to plan, test, and deploy production fixes.
- Perform and document Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring production issues.
- Support production releases and deployment activities.
- Familiarity with version control systems and release/deployment pipelines is preferred.

Functional Skills

- Good understanding of Application Support and customer support processes.
- Experience with Incident Management, SLA adherence,



and issue prioritization.
- Knowledge of JIRA or ServiceNow for incident and ticket management is an added advantage.
- Exposure to the FMCG domain is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently during critical production incidents.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
- Spanish language proficiency will be an added advantage.
