The Role
We're after an experienced specialist to manage and grow organic search performance and AI visibility across a portfolio of client websites. This role covers both traditional SEO and the fast-growing field of AI Rank / Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) making sure our clients' businesses are cited and recommended by AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google Gemini, not just ranked in Google search results.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve on-site issues (site speed, crawlability, indexing, structured data)
Perform keyword research and build content strategies targeting high-intent search terms
Manage on-page optimisation across client websites
Build and execute link-building and authority-building campaigns
Audit how AI models currently perceive client brands and optimise site data architecture for LLM readability
Build authoritative digital citations and structured data to get clients recommended by AI search and chat tools
Monitor rankings, AI citation visibility, and traffic using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO/AI tracking tools
Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and AI search developments
Report on campaign and AI ranking performance with clear, actionable insights for clients

What We're Looking For
3+ years' proven experience in SEO,



ideally agency-side with multiple client accounts
Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI Rank / GEO / AEO optimising for visibility in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and similar AI search tools (required, not just familiarity)
Solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page, and off-page best practices
Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, and major SEO platforms (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
Understanding of structured data, schema markup, and how LLMs parse and cite web content
Excellent written English for reporting and content strategy
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines across time zones
Based in Ahmedabad, with a reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
