Senior Manager Human Resources & People Excellence

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Human Resources function for LGT Global Hospitality Limited (Parent Company).
- Provide strategic HR oversight, governance, compliance, and people support across the Group companies and subsidiary businesses.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, SOPs, and scalable people processes aligned with business objectives.
- Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition for leadership, managerial, and critical business roles across the Group.
- Build and manage relationships with recruitment consultants, hiring partners, and HR service providers.
- Lead manpower planning, organization structuring, succession planning, and workforce optimization.
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, performance management, transfers, and separation.
- Ensure statutory compliance, labour law adherence, HR documentation, HR audits, and policy implementation across the organization.
- Drive Performance Management Systems (PMS), employee engagement initiatives, learning & development, and culture-building programs.
- Partner with Business Heads and Management to support business growth through effective people strategies.
- Oversee HRMS, payroll coordination, employee records, and HR reporting.
- Monitor HR KPIs, recruitment dashboards, attrition, and manpower reports, and present periodic MIS to Management.
- Guide, mentor, and support HR Managers and HR teams across the Group.
- Continuously improve HR systems, operational efficiency, governance, and employee experience across the organization.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA / Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline (Preferred).
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in an HR leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading end-to-end HR operations for medium to large organizations.
- Experience overseeing HR functions across multiple business units, subsidiaries, or locations will be an added advantage.
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, and Statutory Compliance.
- Hands-on experience working with HRMS platforms, payroll systems, recruitment consultants, and external HR vendors.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, decision-making, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build HR systems and processes in a fast-growing organization.
- Experience in Hospitality, Tourism, Education, Corporate Learning & Development, Business Consulting, or other service industries will be preferred.
- SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent HR certifications will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel across India based on business requirements.
- Immediate to 30-day notice period preferred.
