Role Description As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Clarwiz, you will work directly with customers to design, implement, and deploy AI-driven solutions tailored to their workflows. This full time, on-site role involves collaborating with customer stakeholders to understand requirements, translating them into technical designs, and building back-end services and integrations that connect Clarwiz’s AI agents to existing systems.

You will develop, test, and maintain production-quality software, troubleshoot issues in live environments, and iterate quickly based on user feedback. The role also includes partnering with Clarwiz’s product and engineering teams to shape features, improve reliability, and ensure solutions are secure, scalable,



and maintainable.

What you'll do

- Partner with customers to understand their business workflows.
- Design and implement AI agent workflows using our in-house platform.
- Configure integrations with CRMs, helpdesks, e-commerce platforms, and internal tools.
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize agent performance.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
- Drive successful onboarding and ensure customers achieve value quickly.

What we're looking for

- Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills.
- Technical aptitude with APIs, automation tools, or scripting (JavaScript/Python is a plus).
- Ability to translate business processes into scalable workflows.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and owning customer outcomes.

Nice to have

- Experience with CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce) and Customer support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, Intercom).
- Familiarity with AI agents, LLMs, workflow automation (Zapier, Make, n8n), or prompt engineering.
