Role Overview

We are looking for a Network L2 Engineer to provide operational support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in routing, switching, firewalls, NAC, SD-WAN, and load balancers, with the ability to resolve incidents and support day-to-day network operations.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in Routing & Switching (Cisco)
- Experience with FortiGate Firewalls (policy management, NAT, VPN, troubleshooting)
- Experience with Forescout NAC administration and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of Versa SD-WAN
- Experience with Radware Load Balancers
- Valuable understanding of routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and Static Routing
- Knowledge of Layer 2 technologies including VLANs,



STP, EtherChannel, and HSRP
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark, etc.)

Responsibilities

- Provide L2 support for enterprise network infrastructure and resolve incidents within SLA.
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, firewall, NAC, SD-WAN, and load balancer issues.
- Perform configuration changes, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities.
- Support firewall policy changes, VPN configurations, and user connectivity issues.
- Monitor network health, analyze alerts, and escalate complex issues to the L3 team.
- Maintain network documentation and participate in change management activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure network availability and performance.

Preferred Certifications

- CCNA (Preferred)
- Fortinet NSE/FCP certification is an added advantage.
- Versa or Forescout certifications are a plus.
