We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality & Food Technologist to manage product quality, R&D; activities, compliance documentation, and production quality control in a canned food manufacturing environment.
The role involves product testing, validation, regulatory compliance, process monitoring, and coordination with production, QC, and third-party laboratories to ensure safe, high-quality, and compliant products. Key Responsibilities
- R&D; and Product Development
Prepare and maintain R&D; and QC product recipes for new and existing products.
Maintain complete product history records and development documentation.
Coordinate with R&D;, QC teams, and related departments for product improvement and execution.
Support product trials, validations, and approvals.
- Testing & Quality Validation
Conduct and report quality tests including:
Pack Test
Dome Test
Tape Test
Perform testing activities with area supervisors.
Verify and approve materials/products before usage.
Record all testing results and maintain updated documentation. 3.

Ensure quality consistency across batches and production stages. 4.

Handle compliance documentation related to:

Coordinate with third-party laboratories for testing and certification.
Monitor CCPs (Critical Control Points) and product validations.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. 8.
