Job Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and company quality policies.
- Monitor production processes to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Perform routine quality tests and maintain accurate inspection records.
- Identify quality issues and work with the production team to implement corrective actions.
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained throughout the facility.
- Handle customer complaints related to product quality and support root cause analysis.
- Assist during internal and external quality audits.
- Maintain documentation related to quality control and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Quality Control within the food manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and food safety regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
