Outlet - Brand New outlet at Karnataka Golf association Bangalore & once training completed will be part of the Core team at GOLDRUSH SPORTS COFFEE Food & Beverage AssistantPosition Summary The Food & Beverage Assistant is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring efficient food and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, hygiene, quality, and professionalism. The role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service

Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional dining experience.

Present menus, explain dishes, beverages, and daily specials.





Take accurate food and beverage orders.

Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.

Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.

Build positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.

Food & Beverage Operations

Prepare the dining area before service and ensure readiness throughout operating hours.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, counters, service stations, and dining areas.

Assist in beverage preparation when required.

Ensure food is served promptly and at the correct temperature.

Coordinate efficiently with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.

Hygiene & Safety

Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards at all times.

Handle food and beverages safely to prevent contamination.

Ensure cleaning schedules are completed consistently.

Report maintenance or safety issues immediately.

Cash Handling & Billing

Process guest bills accurately.

Handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly.

Maintain accurate transaction records.

Follow company billing and POS procedures.

Inventory Support

Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and service supplies.





Report shortages to supervisors.

Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating stock using FIFO practices.

Minimize wastage through proper handling and storage.

Teamwork

Support colleagues during busy service periods.

Attend training sessions and team meetings.

Follow instructions from supervisors and management.

Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Certificate or diploma in Hospitality is preferred.

Previous experience in food and beverage service is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Conditions

Ability to lift and carry trays, supplies, and equipment when required.
