Job Purpose To provide prompt, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests while ensuring a memorable dining experience in accordance with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when required.

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar.

- Serve food and beverages as per the hotel's service standards.

- Ensure tables are properly set before service and cleared promptly after use.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, buffet, and service stations.

- Prepare mise en place before the commencement of service.

- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements courteously, escalating concerns when necessary.

- Process bills and assist with payment procedures as per hotel policies.

- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene,



and sanitation standards.

- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and stewarding teams for smooth operations.

- Promote hotel outlets, special menus, and ongoing promotions to guests.

- Follow grooming standards, SOPs, and hotel policies at all times.

- Assist in banquets, room service, or other F&B; outlets as assigned.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.
