Hiring: Supply Chain Manager – FMCG

Location: Mylapore, Chennai

Experience: 12–15 Years

CTC: Up to ₹20 LPA

Working Days: Alternate Saturdays Working

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager from the FMCG industry to lead end-to-end supply chain operations and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in demand planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and vendor management within a fast-paced FMCG environment. Similar senior FMCG supply chain roles commonly emphasize end-to-end planning, S&OP;, inventory optimization, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
- Drive demand forecasting, S&OP;, inventory optimization, and replenishment planning.
- Ensure high product availability while minimizing inventory and supply chain costs.
- Lead vendor development, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management.
- Improve warehouse operations, transportation efficiency, and distribution networks.
- Collaborate with Sales,



Manufacturing, Finance, and Procurement to ensure seamless business operations.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and KPI-based performance management.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.

- Candidate Profile

- 12–15 years of Supply Chain experience in a reputed FMCG company.
- Solid exposure to Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, and Distribution.
- Hands-on experience in S&OP;, Inventory Management, Forecasting, and Cost Optimization.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
- MBA in Operations/Supply Chain or Engineering qualification preferred.
