Role Description The Flutter Developer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define requirements, implement features, integrate APIs, and optimize app performance and reliability. The role involves writing clean, testable code, troubleshooting issues, performing code reviews, and contributing to architectural decisions and best practices.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ludhiana,



where team members work partly from the office and partly from home, depending on project needs and collaboration requirements.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

Candidates should possess solid Programming skills, with experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and proficiency in at least one modern language (e.g., Dart, Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript).

Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Software Development, including requirement analysis, implementation, testing, debugging, and deployment of production-grade applications.

Candidates should possess knowledge of Back-End Web Development fundamentals, RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating mobile applications with server-side services.

Relevant experience building Flutter applications for Android and iOS, including state management, widget trees, and performance optimization.

Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and ability to work closely with designers to implement responsive, accessible interfaces.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), collaborative development workflows, and agile methodologies.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams.
