- Drive the sales budgets for the concept
- Drive sell thru at category level (pre EOSS and EOSS within the season)
- Analyze product performance, identify performing and non-performing products and share feedback
- Review and ensure adherence to the retail SOPs, retail standards, floor hygiene standards and processes for the concept (including omni channel SOPs and processes)
- Review and ensure implementation of the marketing promotions as per defined guidelines
- Share feedback on the marketing promotions for necessary actions
- Maintain optimum stock for the concept in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Implement the recommended actions with reference to quick moving and slow moving ranges
- Monitor adherence to the standards of customer service
- Provide support in resolving all customer issues and complaints as per defined timelines
- Provide support and guide the team to deliver on the job
