Looking for a rewarding part-time job where you can stay active, build leadership skills, and make a positive impact on youth athletes? The Town of Winchester Recreation Department is hiring energetic, dependable, and confident Flag Football Referees to officiate our youth flag football league. Whether you're an experienced official, player, coach, or someone with a strong knowledge of the game, this is a great chance to be part of a fun and growing recreation program!
Competitive Hourly
Rate (based on qualifications and experience) $17.50 - $20/hour As a Flag Football Referee, You'll Officiate youth flag football games in a fair, consistent, and positive manner. Enforce league rules while promoting good sportsmanship and player safety. Keep games organized, on schedule, and enjoyable for players, coaches, and families.
Communicate clearly and confidently with coaches, players, and recreation staff. Help create a fun, respectful, and welcoming game-day atmosphere. You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have a solid understanding of football or flag football rules.
