Manage driver assignments, attendance, and performance
Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules, repairs, and roadworthiness checks
Ensure compliance with motor vehicle regulations, permits, and insurance renewals
Monitor GPS tracking data and generate daily/weekly fleet utilisation reports
Liaise with clients on time-sensitive and priority shipments
Identify and implement process improvements in fleet efficiency
3–7 years of experience in fleet management, transport operations, or logistics
Familiarity with commercial vehicles — trucks, trailers, or tippers
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in basic tools: Excel, WhatsApp Business
Bengali language skills preferred for local operations
