- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plywood manufacturing machinery such as veneer peeling machines, dryers, hot presses, cold presses, sanders, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
- Assemble, install, repair, and replace mechanical components including bearings, shafts, gears, chains, belts, couplings, and pumps to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Diagnose mechanical faults, perform alignment, fitting, and routine inspections to minimize machine downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Follow safety procedures, maintain housekeeping in the maintenance area, and ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety standards.
- Maintain maintenance records, report spare part requirements, and coordinate with production and maintenance teams to achieve maximum machine availability.
