Role Description The Fire and Safety Sales and Services role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. This role involves promoting and selling fire and life safety products and services, including fire suppression systems, fire protection equipment, and related safety solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting client sites, understanding customer safety needs, preparing quotations, and providing product demonstrations and technical guidance.

The role also includes coordinating installation and servicing schedules, ensuring compliance with safety standards,



maintaining accurate sales and service records, and following up with customers to build lasting relationships. The team member will work closely with operations and service staff to ensure timely delivery, installation, and maintenance of fire and safety solutions.

Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge or training in Fire Prevention and Fire Safety, with the ability to advise customers on risk reduction and safe practices.

Experience or familiarity with Life Safety standards and Fire Protection solutions, including regulatory and industry requirements.

Understanding of Fire Suppression Systems and related equipment, with the capability to explain features and perks to clients.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers, presenting solutions, and handling negotiations.

Ability to work on-site, travel locally for client visits, and manage time effectively across sales and service activities.

Basic technical aptitude to learn product specifications, installation processes, and maintenance requirements.

Prior experience in fire and safety, industrial equipment sales, or related fields is an advantage.

Minimum of a high school diploma; a technical diploma or degree in engineering, safety, or a related discipline is preferred.
