Job Title : FinancialForce (Certinia) Consultant AR

Job Type : Contarct / Part - Time

Experience : 7 15 years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support FinancialForce (Certinia) Accounts Receivable (AR) solutions on the Salesforce platform.

- Manage the end-to-end AR lifecycle including customer invoicing, cash application, collections, credit management, and payment processing.

- Configure AR modules such as Billing, Collections, Cash Matching, Customer Accounts, and Revenue Recognition.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

- Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Business, and IT stakeholders to improve AR processes.

- Develop and execute system configurations, testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.

- Integrate FinancialForce with ERP systems, banking platforms, payment gateways, and third-party applications.





- Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, and user training materials.

- Collaborate with Salesforce developers for customization and automation requirements.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.

- Participate in deployment planning, release management, and post-production support.

Mandatory Skills

- 7+ years of hands-on experience with FinancialForce (Certinia) Financial Management.

- Strong experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

- Experience configuring FinancialForce AR modules.

- Strong understanding of:

- Customer Billing

- Invoice Generation

- Cash Application

- Credit Notes

- Collections

- Payment Allocation

- Customer Account Management

- Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.

- Positive understanding of Finance and Accounting principles.

- Experience with FinancialForce Accounting, Billing Central, or Revenue Management.

- Experience with data migration and reconciliation activities.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
