Headquartered in Cyprus and fully remote, our team combines rigorous quantitative research with disciplined engineering and a strong focus on client-facing solution design, helping institutional clients translate advanced predictive models into practical investment intelligence.
The Role
We are looking for a Python Software Engineer, ideally with 2-4 years of relevant experience, to build and maintain the systems that collect, process, and prepare financial data for our institutional-grade APIs. This role sits at the core of our data infrastructure, transforming raw, often messy financial data into reliable, structured data products our clients depend on for decision-making. We're open to full time or contract engagement, depending on fit.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Python applications and data pipelines that meet institutional standards for reliability and accuracy
- Collect, clean, normalize, and validate financial datasets from diverse sources
- Prepare and structure data for delivery through our APIs
- Integrate external APIs and third-party data sources
- Automate data updates and implement robust data-quality checks
- Continuously improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of our data systems
Requirements
- Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals
- Experience with Pandas, Polars, NumPy, or comparable data-processing tools
- Experience building or integrating APIs
- Demonstrated experience processing and validating large, real-world datasets
- A track record of writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code
- Financial data experience is a plus, though not required
