Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the overall financial control and accounting functions of the business.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Establish and maintain effective financial controls, policies, and procedures.

- Monitor business performance, revenue, costs, profitability, and key financial indicators.

- Provide strategic financial advice and insights to senior management and business leaders.

- Partner with Operations and other departments to improve financial performance and cost efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with applicable financial, statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial planning.

- Support business expansion, new projects, and strategic initiatives through sound financial evaluation.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team to achieve high standards of performance and accountability.

Requirements





- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in finance or financial control.

- Previous experience in the hotel/resort industry is highly preferred.

- Experience or exposure to spa operations, wellness, hospitality, or service-oriented businesses will be an advantage.

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis.

- Solid leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work strategically while maintaining strong attention to financial controls and operational details.

- High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability.
