Position: Finance Apprentice Revenue Recognition

Duration: 12 Months (Apprenticeship)

Location: Vadodara

Role Overview The Finance Apprentice will support the Revenue Recognition team in day-to-day accounting activities, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting while gaining practical exposure to revenue accounting and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in revenue recognition activities in line with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP).
- Support contract reviews, revenue reconciliations, and accounting for deferred revenue and adjustments.
- Assist in month-end and quarter-end close activities, including preparation of schedules and reconciliations.
- Support preparation of financial reports and audit documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations,



and Billing to resolve revenue-related queries.
- Help maintain accounting documentation, SOPs, and internal controls.
- Participate in process improvement and finance transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

- MBA (Finance)/ M.Com/ B.Com
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and revenue recognition concepts.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is an advantage.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
