Location: Ahmedabad Key Roles & Responsibilities

1.

Financial

Accounting

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations.
- Ledger scrutiny, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
- GST, TDS & Taxation
- Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return & Reconciliation).
- Prepare and file TDS Returns and ensure timely statutory deductions.
- Audit
- Independently handle Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, GST Audit, and Tax Audit.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, Auditors, and Government Authorities. 4.

Financial

Reporting & MIS

- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports.




- Prepare Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement 5. Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting.
- Banking & Treasury
- Handle all banking transactions and documentation. 7.

Statutory

Compliance

- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC (where applicable), and other statutory requirements.
- ERP / Tally & Excel
- Strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime.

Required

Skills

- Robust knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Practical experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Returns.
- Hands-on experience in Internal & Statutory Audits.
- Financial Statement Finalization.
- Budgeting & MIS Reporting.
- Cash Flow & Working Capital Management.
- Tally Prime & Advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Pharma, Chemical, or Industrial sectors will be preferred.
