Finance & HR Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, organised, and dependable
Finance & HR Executive who can independently manage core finance operations and HR functions with minimal supervision. This role requires someone who can take ownership of accounts, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes, coordinate confidently with vendors, employees, and management, and handle multiple priorities accurately under deadline pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounts
- Independently manage day-to-day accounting: invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense tracking
- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies with minimal guidance
- Prepare and verify GST-related data (CGST/SGST/IGST), and coordinate with CA/accountant for GST return filing
- Assist with TDS calculations, deductions, and timely deposits
- Maintain and finalise books of accounts in Tally/ERP
- Coordinate with auditors and support in statutory audit documentation
- Monitor outstanding payments/receivables and follow up proactively
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, exit formalities
- Process monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions) and coordinate with payroll team/vendor
- Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, increment letters, and HR policy communications
- Handle recruitment coordination – sourcing , interview scheduling, and offer negotiation support
- Ensure statutory compliance – PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable regulations
- Maintain HR records, employee database, and ensure audit-readiness of documentation
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and escalate/resolve issues appropriately
- Support in performance review cycles and HR policy implementation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee data at all times
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Independently communicate with vendors regarding payment schedules, discrepancies, and delays
- Negotiate and manage vendor relationships professionally to protect company interests
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or HR operations, preferably in a combined role
- Strong working knowledge of Tally/ERP and advanced MS Excel
- Practical understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance (PF, ESI)
- Experience in payroll processing and HR documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong vendor negotiation and stakeholder management skills
