Project Profitability build and maintain project-wise P&L; statements comparing estimated BOQ cost, actual cost incurred and billed revenue; analyse margin leakage.
Cash Flow Planning prepare weekly and monthly cash flow statements and projections; track inflows from client billing against outflows to vendors and sub-contractors.
Working Capital Management — monitor receivables and payables ageing, retention money, advances and inventory holding; recommend actions to improve the cash conversion cycle.
Variance & Cost Analysis — investigate cost overruns against approved budgets and BOQ rates, and present findings with root causes to management.
MIS & Management Reporting — prepare monthly MIS packs, KPI dashboards and board-level summaries covering revenue, margin, cash and order book.

Banking & Compliance Support — assist with bank documentation, credit facility renewals, stock statements and coordination with auditors and consultants.
Group Consolidation — support consolidation of financials across 360 Interior Designs, Evora Furnitures and 360 Branding Solutions.
Process Improvement — identify gaps in financial controls and reporting processes and suggest practical improvements.
Preferred candidate profile
Essential — Advanced MS Excel — VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS, conditional formatting and clean model structuring. Robust PowerPoint for management presentations.
Preferred — Power BI or Google Data Studio, Tally Prime (for reading and extracting data), and exposure to any ERP reporting module.
Advantage — Prior internship or article-ship exposure in FP&A;, audit, or a project-based / construction business.
