The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in financial evaluation, transaction advisory, and project structuring for government infrastructure initiatives. ? Qualification:
ICWA / CFA / MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) ? Experience:
Minimum 13 years of relevant experience in infrastructure finance and PPP projects.
Hands-on experience in preparing and evaluating Feasibility Reports, EOI, RFQ, RFP, Draft Concession Agreements, Tariff Proposals, and other transaction documents. Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead financial appraisal and evaluation of PPP projects.
✔ Prepare and review bid documents, concession agreements, and transaction documents.
✔ Support bid evaluation, tariff proposals, and financial due diligence.
✔ Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and stakeholders for statutory approvals.
✔ Assist in project implementation, contract management, royalty assessment, and financial monitoring.
