Role Description The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations for Manpeksha Hospitality’s portfolio of properties. This full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai includes tasks such as handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

The Finance

Executive will support monthly and annual closing activities, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring expenses and revenue, and providing data-driven financial insights to support business decisions and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong skills in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting, with the ability to maintain accurate and timely records.

Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support strategic and operational planning.

Experience working with accounting software and Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis and financial modeling.

Knowledge of local taxation, compliance requirements, and basic financial regulations relevant to the hospitality or real estate sector.

Attention to detail, robust numerical aptitude, and the ability to analyze financial data and prepare clear summaries.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with external vendors and advisors.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.

Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or a related industry is preferred but not mandatory.
