Morhav Organics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance & E-commerce Operations Associate to join our team.

If you're passionate about finance, accounting, and e-commerce operations, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across accounting, GST documentation, bank reconciliation, inventory management, and online marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounting

- Record accounting entries in Tally
- Perform bank reconciliation and payment matching
- Prepare GST-ready accounting records
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, and financial documents

E-commerce Operations

- Process online orders across multiple platforms
- Coordinate order fulfilment and dispatch
- Manage order tracking, returns, and customer queries
- Support product listings, pricing, and marketplace settlements

Inventory & Reporting

- Maintain inventory records and monitor stock movement
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports
- Analyze operational data and highlight discrepancies

Whom We're Looking For: ✔ MBA (Finance), B.Com, M.Com, or a related degree





✔ 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or e-commerce operations

✔ Strong understanding of accounting, GST, invoicing, and bank reconciliation

✔ Working knowledge of Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets

✔ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
