We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with global exposure who can manage financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and help build scalable financial processes that support the company’s international growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic startup environment, collaborating with leadership, and contributing to financial strategy while ensuring strong compliance and reporting standards.

What You’ll Be Working On

Financial Operations &

- Reporting

Manage end-to-end accounting operations and ensure accurate financial recordsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for managementMaintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standardsCoordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and financial audits

Global Accounting &

- International Exposure

Handle accounting and financial processes related to global entities or international transactionsWork with financial requirements across Singapore, the USA, the Middle East, or other global jurisdictionsEnsure proper documentation and compliance for cross-border transactions and global financial reportingCoordinate with external consultants or advisors for international compliance matters

Taxation &

- Statutory Compliance

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax,



and other statutory regulations in IndiaManage tax filings and ensure regulatory deadlines are metStay updated with regulatory changes impacting IT and global service companies

Financial Planning &

- Business Support

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningMonitor company expenses and provide insights to improve financial efficiencyProvide financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making

Process Improvement &

- Controls

Strengthen internal financial controls and compliance processesImprove financial workflows and reporting systems as the company growsSupport implementation or optimization of financial tools and systems

What We’re Looking For

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification4–6 years of experience, preferably in IT, SaaS, or technology companiesExperience working with global companies, international clients, or overseas entitiesUnderstanding of accounting practices related to Singapore, USA, Middle East, or other global jurisdictionsStrong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory complianceExperience handling financial reporting, audits, and compliance frameworksStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Tools &

- Systems Exposure (Preferred)

Experience with financial systems such as

TallyZoho BooksQuickBooks
