Position Summary

The Finance Business Partner for the NE region is a finance professional responsible for driving business performance, enhancing profitability, and supporting key financial decision-making within

Iron Mountains operations in Northern Europe countries.

This role requires a highly analytical, proactive, and solutions-oriented individual with a strong ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.

The Finance Business Partner will collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify risks, recommend process improvements, and contribute to long-term profitability maximization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Oversight & Reporting:

Oversee pre-close financials, ensuring accuracy and implementing necessary corrective adjustments.

Analyze monthly financial results and prepare clear, insightful performance reports against budget, including detailed monthly Flash by Drivers reporting.

Consolidating the NE results and preparation of variance analysis to the latest OL and FC

Support NE Business Finance Director with Ad hoc requests

Planning & Analysis:

Lead the preparation of comprehensive forecasts and budgets, utilizing structured templates for Poland.

Provide robust financial insights to the consolidated NE projection

Data-Driven Decision Support:





Deliver consistent and data-driven reporting to enhance business decision-making.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Project outlook analysis

Book-to-bill analysis

In-depth margin deep dives

Activity versus headcount assessments

Risk Management & Process Improvement:

Conduct thorough risk analysis, identifying potential financial and operational risks.

Recommend and support the implementation of process improvements across finance and business operations.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive and implement agreed-

upon changes.

Required Skills and Experience

Financial Acumen

Proven professional experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering within a multinational organizational environment.

Demonstrated expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in various financial reporting tools (e.g., ROI, Cube analytics, RTR/CTR, Payroll systems).

Business Partnering & Communication:

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of effectively collaborating with both finance and non-finance teams.

Ability to translate complex financial data into transparent, concise, and actionable business insights for diverse audiences.

Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement:

A proactive, solution-oriented approach to identifying challenges and developing effective resolutions.

A robust passion for continuous improvement in financial processes and business
