Job Title: Finance & Accounts

Location: BKC, Mumbai

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 8–12 years (Post-Qualification)

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead Finance & Accounts operations for our real estate business. The role involves financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, MIS, internal controls, and project finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounting, book closure, and financial reporting (Ind AS/IGAAP).
- Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate statutory and internal audits and finalize accounts.
- Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and MIS reports.
- Monitor RERA compliance, project costing, fund utilization, customer collections, and vendor payments.
- Lead and support the finance team while strengthening internal controls and accounting processes.

Preferred Profile:

- CA with 8–12 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA, SAP/Tally, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
