? We're Hiring: Finance & Accounts Manager

? Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Finance & Accounts function, including financial reporting, finalization of accounts, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, working capital management, and banking operations.

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, PF, ESI , and coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits.

- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, MIS reporting, treasury management, and financial controls.
- Manage banking relationships, working capital facilities, loans, Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and other financial arrangements.
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team while supporting business growth,



cost optimization, and strategic decision-making.

? Preferred Candidate Profile:

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter with relevant experience.

• 8–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, including team management.

- Solid expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, working capital management, banking, statutory compliance, audits, and MIS reporting.
