We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Chartered Accountant with 0–1 year of post-qualification experience to manage monthly financial reporting, ensure compliance with IFRS / Ind AS, and support financial analysis and control activities. The ideal candidate should possess good technical accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in Variance analysis, Budget vs Actuals, and reporting frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monthly Financial Reporting
- Month-end closing activities including preparation of CFS and Review of P&L; and BS
- Preparation of Intercompany eliminations.
- Variance analysis (Budget vs Actual) with detailed commentary.
- Preparation of MIS and management reports.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly reporting packs.
- Support in the preparation of reconciliation/bridge between Management Financial Statements and Group Audited Financial Statements, including analysis and explanation of key variances.
2. IFRS / Ind AS Compliance
- Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements as per AS, Ind AS and IFRS.
- In-depth understanding of AS, Ind AS and IFRS – Accounting Standards.
- Liaison with external and internal auditors [Having exposure preferably big-6 firm]
- In-depth understanding of SA and ISA – Auditing Standards
- Ensure Group consolidated financial statements are prepared in accordance with Ind AS / IFRS standards.
- Support in timely completion of Local statutory audits by coordinating between Accounts team and Statutory Auditors.
- Support in timely completion of Group audits by coordinating between Accounts team and Group Auditors.
- Preparation of financial statement disclosures as per Ind AS / IFRS.
- Support in consolidation adjustments
- Coordinate with auditors on IFRS / Ind AS related matters.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 0 –1 year of post-qualification experience (A CA Fresher also with Strong technical knowledge also is preferable).
- Technical knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS reporting framework.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Experience in ERP systems (Preferably in SAP)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in corporate / manufacturing / services industry.
- Exposure to group reporting or consolidation.
- Ability to prepare memo on complex accounting transactions
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Exposure on working with entities having presence across the globe.
- Ability to prepare notes to accounts for the standalone and consolidated financial statements in line with requirements of the Auditors.
